and environmental sciences the author
whose full name is Ahmad Jamal Akram has
authored many books on geo-environmental
topics namely Predators, The Horses Empire
and a Handbook on Renewable Energy among
others.
He has also written a series of articles
on renewable energy and sustainable
development. A masters in the field
of sustainable development with specialization
in the field of climate change and sea
level rise it was natural that he took
up writing this book on tsunami. The
author has also done considerable research
on solar PV systems and renewable energy
technologies and methodologies. He is
currently researching on the advantages
and disadvantages of various renewable
energy sources and methodologies and
their compatibility to the environment
as well as analysing the phenomena of
